Baby A 3 month Pictures

Today I packed baby A and B and Me up into the van and headed to the mall to get Baby A's pictures taken. On the way into the mall I had a hard time opening the door and pushing/ pulling the double stroller into the mall. A kind young man saw my difficulites and held the door for me. We made it in YEAH!
So time to leave. This time much easier since the doors open out. As soon as we cleared the second door and made it out my sweet little B says as genuinely as he can, "Good Job Mommy!!! You did it! You made it out the door!" SO Sweet!

Randomness in My Mind

It is 1:00ish and this is usually when B and I try to take a nap when and If I can get him and Baby A to sleep at the same time. But here I sit and write. Who needs sleep. Besides the older kids will be home in aproximately 40 minutes.

I have been reading my Sister In Laws blog. JustOrganizeYourself.blogspot.com. Wonderful ideas and such. I am tring to follow some of the ideas. I have made my notebook. I made my menu (which helpsa lot!) and I am trying to figure out the rest. I made my MIT's - Most Important Taks - Read the scriptures, prayers, make dinner.

The kids have chores but trying to get the routines down for that is what I am having trouble with. I guess I just need to do it. I don't know what is going on. Routines are good. I used to teach Kindergarten and that is all about routines. I need to give it time and keep adjusting and working on it. I think part of me thought that having baby four was ..."What's one more!" Well one more is a lot in so many ways.

I am doing my best. And as a friend told me your best can change from day to day. I tell myself that often. All I can expect is for me to do my best and my best can change.

Baby A

So this month Baby A has begun to do a LOT of smiling! We love it. He has also pulled his hair a few times. Slept through the night (10pm - 6am) four nights (not in a row). Has rolled to his side and back to his back. LOVES to eat his fists. Still spits up and still rarely sleeps during the day.

And when he looks at me with his big blue eyes.. My heart melts and I fall in love with him all over again.

PS I would post pictures but my sweet wonderful hubby got a new mac for his birthday and I can't find the cord thing for the camera so I'll have to finally unpack the last 6 or so boxes and hope it's there or figure out how I'm gonna post pictures ;D

Snow Fun- Christmas Day

This is where Baby A and I spent the time at the snow. He slept the entire way there, ate the entire time there and slept the whole way home. Such a fun day for a new little one.

Our little snowman. He was built with lots of love and then in a flash he was down!

Happy New Year

So another year is here! I am excited for the year to be here and also amazed that it is already the 15th of January. I guess this is the time for goals and such..my goals are to enjoy each moment. Laundry and messy rooms will always be there but moments with my little ones will not.

N is doing good and asked me the other day, "Mom, what were they supossed to teach me about in Family Life?" Do I relax and say o-kay he didn't realize all they taught or do I think you and dad need to talk.

K as we were dring says, "Mom, did you hear baby A? he said /i/ you know that right? But he doesn't know that that is really the letter I."

B says mom, "I did go potty already!!" As he holds himself doing the pee pee dance.

And Baby A just says "I love you lady" with those big blue eyes.

So far 2009 is going well. William just got a calling to be the 15 year old Sun School teacher. He survived the first day ;D. This week I turned down a long term teaching position. As the words, "I'm sorry I can't right now." came out of my mouth my head wanted to say "YES!" I love teaching little 5 and 6 year olds. But I knew in my heart the answer had to be not now. For my little ones will only be little for so long.
